The service is suitable for anyone who is looking to renovate, extend or build a new home who requires initial design advice and guidance.

The design consultation will involve the following steps :

  • Initial video call via Zoom/ Google Hangouts to discuss the project
  • Follow up package including sketch layout proposal
  • Guidance document on planning and building regulations related to your project
  • Suppliers & references document
